After a 5:30 a.m. wake up call and a 2+ hour drive, our bus had arrived early at our Urban Co-ed High School Site Visit. Fulbright has been really awesome about preparing us for what we should expect out of our grant year. I wasn't really sure what to expect from our visit other than that there would be students/books/classrooms, that we would have to do our bows properly, and that there would be some acquisition of English by non-English speakers. Our group of twelvish arrived an hour early to our sit and I was SO EXCITED to have some time to walk around the city before our class began! I love being in our Marble Mansion and being in the Fulbright bubble of Goesan, but it was nice to actually be out and about in Korea, especially because I had no idea what to expect from an urban setting.
About to set my alarm for 5:30 a.m.,
